  Chef Sakamoto trained in Fukuoka, the origin of Tonkotsu ramen as well in Tokyo. Chef Sakamoto bring the flavour of Japan right in front of your eyes.


      Muku opened in 2008 as the first dedicated restaurant in Calgary and has steadily grown to be one of the most popular ramen shops in the city. We have Tonkotsu (pork broth), Miso (with chicken/fish broth),and Shoyu (with chicken/fish broth). Come on down to have our popular Kuro - ton or Kanban ramen.
